Current Requests for Proposals

The Burlington International Airport Board of Commissioners has an open Request for Proposals (RFP):  

  • Air Carrier Apron - Glycol Treatment System Improvements    Due: Friday, April 8, 2016 2:00pm Local TIme

A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at the Burlington International AIrport, 1200 AIrport Dr South Burlington, VT on Thursday March 24, 2016 in the Airport Terminal Conference Room #1

RFPs have unique requirements for delivery and schedule, and proposals must be submitted separately to:

Contract Documents (Electronic – pdf) will be available Friday, March 18, 2016 via a dedicated project FTP site, as hosted by the Engineer, Stantec Consulting Services Inc. To be eligible to bid on the project and to gain access to the project FTP site, bidders must register by sending an email to (subject line: BTV – Air Carrier Apron – Glycol Treatment System Improvements), with the following information:

Burlington International Airport reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any proposal that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Airport, and the City of Burlington.
