BTV FY18 Parking Garage Repairs:

The work under this project generally consists of the wash area repairs on Levels 2 and 3 of the BIA Parking Garage. Repairs included in the project are: concrete grout patching, structural concrete crack repair, joint sealant, water repellent, and waterproofing membrane installation.

 Bids Due: July 14th, 2017 at 2:00pm

BTV Airport PARCS Retrofit:

The work under this project consists of retrofitting the Burlington International Airport's parking access and revenue control system (PARCS).

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Tour: July 10, 2017 at 9:00 am

Bids Due: July 28th, 2017 at 4:00 pm

Building Removals on Airport Acquired Land

The project will include either complete demolition, deconstruction, or relocation of the houses and associated buildings identified in the Contract Documents. The houses are presently owned by the Burlington International Airport and are located within close proximity to the airport in South Burlington, Vermont.  The program is funded through the Federal Aviation Administration.

Work includes removal and disposal of the existing items found in the house basements prior to foundation demolition and backfill including, but not limited to, furnaces, laundry tubs, appliances, furniture, ducts, pipes, wiring, wood, wallboard, columns, and miscellaneous debris; complete house demolition and disposal, complete house deconstruction and removal of salvaged materials, or complete house relocation as determined by the Contractor; removal of any and all outbuildings that may be located on the property; site cleanup.
