LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF BURLINGTON, VERMONT BURLINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PARTICIPATION IN FEDERALLY FUNDED AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
The BURLINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, operated by the City of Burlington, in South Burlington, Vermont, hereby publishes a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for FY 2024 – FY 2026 three-year goal of 3.12%. The proposed overall goal for FY 2024 is 2.83% for all FAA-AIP funded projects, the proposed overall goal for FY 2025 is 3.33% for all FAA-AIP funded projects, and the proposed overall goal for FY 2026 is 3.12% for all FAA-AIP funded projects. The methodology used in developing this goal is available at Burlington International Airport, 1200 Airport Drive, Suite 1, South Burlington, VT 05403, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM until 4:00 PM. The Airport/City and the FAA will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goal for 30 days from the date of this advertisement. These goals are established in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.
