Airport Passenger Facility Charge Application Public Notice
Pursuant to Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) § 158, Passenger Facility Charges, the City of Burlington (City), as owner and operator of the Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (the Airport), hereby provides public notice of its intention to file Passenger Facility Charge Application (PFC) Notice of Intent No. 26-10-C-00- BTV (Notice of Intent 10) with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to impose and use a PFC to fund, in whole, or, in part, eligible projects at the Airport. The City is posting this public notice as part of the PFC application process pursuant to 14 CFR § 158.24.
Comment Period: The City will accept public comments on the proposed Notice of Intent 10 up to thirty (30) days after the date of posting this public notice. As such, comments must be received on or before Monday, June 15, 2026.
