Larry B. Lackey is a native Vermonter growing up in Northfield
Larry B. Lackey currently serves as the Director Planning, Engineering and Sustainability at the Airport. Larry spent the majority of his 40 year career as Vice President of Permits, Environmental Compliance and Engineering at Casella Waste Systems Inc. Prior to joining Leahy BTV in January of 2018, he spent close to 5 years with the Vermont State Agency of Transportation as an Aviation Project Developer. Larry grew up in Northfield, Vermont and graduated from Vermont Technical College with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Larry is also retired from the US Army Reserve where he spent his entire 22 year career in transportation operations.
