**The airport reserves the right to change parking rates without notice. Please observe the posted rates at the garage entrance for any changes not yet reflected above.

**All persons with a Handicap Parking Permit are entitled to one (1) day of parking at no cost. Parking after the initial 24 hours will be charged at the posted rate.

Long Term Parking - Garage 

Burlington International Airport (BTV) offers both short and long term parking in our multi-level, covered parking garage. The long term parking entrance is located just past the terminal building on the left. Credit cards and cash are acceptable payment methods at in-terminal kiosks, while the payment method of credit cards is acceptable at all garage exits. Parking rates for the long term portion of the garage are:

  • $1.00 for the 1st hour
  • $2.00 per hour for the next three (3) hours
  • Daily Rate of $12.00 after four (4) hours

Short Term Parking - Garage 

Burlington International Airport (BTV) offers both short and long term parking in our multi-level, covered parking garage. The short term parking entrance is located on the south most end of the garage, near the airport entrance. Credit cards and cash are acceptable payment methods at in-terminal kiosks, while the payment method of credit cards is acceptable at all garage exits. Parking rates for the short term portion of the garage are:

  • $2.00 per hour

Parking for Oversized Vehicles - 7'+ Height - Surface Lot Parking

Oversized vehicles should follow signs to the Lot A surface lot from the main terminal. Vehicle height is limited to seven (7) feet high vehicles entering the garage. Any vehicle over this limit must park at Lot A. Turn left after exiting the Terminal road onto Airport Drive, then take your first left into Lot A. Parking rates for the oversized vehcile lot are:

  • $1.00 for the 1st hour

Cell Phone Lot

The cell phone waiting area is an ideal place to wait in your car until your arriving party calls you on your cell phone to let you know that the plane has arrived. Once they have picked up their baggage, they can call you to let you know that you are ready to be picked up in front of the terminal. Please remeber that waiting in front of the terminal for your party is prohobited. The cell phone waiting area is located near the north end of Airport Drive on the right hand side.  Follow signs that say “Cell Phone Lot.” For additional information please call: (802) 865-7571.

Parking Payment 

Long Term Parking - Garage

Cash: To pay with cash, please take your ticket with you - do not leave the ticket in your vehicle. Upon the completetion of your stay or upon your return, please scan your ticket at one of four pay-on-foot kiosks throughout the airport. On the second floor of the airport a kiosk is located outside each terminal side skybridge. On the first floor of the airport one kiosk is located in baggage claim and the other is located next to the Porter Airlines counter. At these kiosks, please scan your barcoded ticket and insert cash payment. At the completion of the transaction, if a receipt is needed please press the “receipt” button. At exit, scan the entry ticket barcode or receipt barcode for exit.

Employee Parking

Employee Parking Permits are issued at the start of employment and are renewed every year on or before August 15th in the BTV Administration office. You can find the Employee Parking Permit Request Form here.
